Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your guide will welcome you and transfer you to your lodge. Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the Botanical Gardens or enjoy a birdwatching tour at Mabamba Swamp, home of the famous Shoebill Stork.

Day 2 – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Murchison Falls National Park
Your safari adventure begins! Travel north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to observe Uganda’s White Rhinos up close. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, where the mighty Nile cuts through rocky gorges. Overnight at your lodge inside the park.
Day 3 – Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the savannah plains to spot Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, and Antelopes. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Nile to the base of the Murchison Falls, then visit the top of the falls for panoramic views and photos.
Day 4 – Scenic Drive to Kibale Forest
After breakfast, travel through Uganda’s beautiful countryside to Kibale Forest National Park, home of the Chimpanzees. Arrive at your lodge and unwind amidst the tropical forest.
Day 5 – Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Swamp Walk
Embark on a thrilling Chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest. Later, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided walk—an excellent opportunity to spot monkeys, tropical birds, and butterflies.
Day 6 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most famous park. In the evening, take a relaxing boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see Hippos, Crocodiles, Buffaloes, and countless birds gathering at the water’s edge.
Day 7 – Game Drive & Leisure Time
Set out for a morning game drive through the Kasenyi Plains, known for Lions, Elephants, and Antelopes. Spend your afternoon at leisure, enjoying the lodge or reflecting on your incredible wildlife encounters.
Day 8 – Ishasha Sector & Journey to Bwindi
Travel through the Ishasha Sector, renowned for its tree-climbing Lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by misty mountains and lush rainforest.
Day 9 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
This is the highlight of your safari — a Gorilla Trekking experience you’ll never forget. After a morning briefing, hike deep into the forest with your guide to find a family of Mountain Gorillas. Spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat before returning to your lodge to relax and celebrate this unforgettable day.
Day 10 – Return to Entebbe via the Equator
After breakfast, travel back toward Entebbe. On the way, stop at the Equator Crossing for photos, souvenirs, and a relaxing lunch before heading to the airport or your next destination.
