Embark on a 10-day Uganda Safari of a lifetime.

 

On this trip, you will visit the Mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

 

You will visit Uganda’s biggest National Park – Murchison Falls National Park where you can also encounter Buffaloes, Elephants, Leopards, and Lions among many other animals such as Giraffes and Antelopes.

Further, you are going to visit the Rhino sanctuary, where you will encounter the White Rhinos.

After visiting Murchison Falls National Park you will travel to Kibale Forest for Chimpanzee tracking. After the encounter with the Chimpanzees, you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most famous National Park.

Last but not least comes the absolute Highlight of this Safari, which is the close encounter with the Silverback Mountain Gorillas. This event will leave you stunned and give you lifetime memories.

Day 1:

 

After your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be picked up at the airport and brought to your accommodation.

Depending on your arrival time you might have a chance to visit the Botanical Gardens in Entebbe or visit the Mabamba Swamp for a bird-watching tour.

White Rhinos Visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Day 2:

For your roundtrip, you will be picked up by your tour guide with a safari vehicle. The journey gets you first to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will encounter the White Rhinos in their habitat.

From the Rhino Sanctuary, the trip continues to Murchison Falls National Park, where you will see many different animals on the Game Drives the following day, done with the guide. You will stay overnight in a lodge in the National Park.

Day 3:

This morning you will have an early morning Game Drive at Murchison Falls National Park and in the afternoon a boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Waterfalls.

You will also visit the top of the waterfalls, to experience the majestic Murchison Waterfalls by taking a short nature walk.

Day 4:

After breakfast, you will leave Murchison Falls National Park and travel to Kibale National Park to your accommodation for the night. Enjoy the stunning scenery of this beautiful region.

Day 5:

This day has an exciting experience waiting for you. After breakfast, you will leave for the Chimpanzee trekking. In the afternoon you will take a walk in the Bigodi Swamp where you will encounter different Monkey species as well as many different birds.

Day 6:

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a boat ride in the evening in the Kazinga Channel, where you can watch Hippos, Crocodiles, Buffaloes, and many bird species.

 

 

Day 7:

Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in the morning hours. The Afternoon is for your relaxation and some time for reflecting on the experience of the past days.

Remember the Highlight of this Safari is still in front of you.

Day 8:

On this day you will travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park through the Ishasha Sector, searching for the Tree Climbing Lions. On this game drive you might see many different Antelopes in a beautiful landscape as well and the highlight is, of course, the Lions relaxing in the trees.

 

Day 9:

The Highlight of your Safari is the ultimate experience with the Silverback Gorillas at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. After an early morning breakfast and briefing you will embark on a hike through the jungle in search of the Mountain Gorillas.

Once you find the Gorillas, you will have about 1 hour time to spend with them and then return back to your Lodge. After arrival at your Lodge, you will enjoy your dinner, relax, and process your experience.

 

 

Visit the Equator in Uganda

Day 10:

 

Travel back to Entebbe Internation Airport or your accommodation if you intend to stay in Uganda for some more days.

On your journey to Entebbe you will cross the Equator, where you will have a chance to take a break, have lunch and buy sme souvenirs.
