Day 1 – Arrival in Entebbe

 

Welcome to Uganda! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our driver will meet you and take you to your accommodation.
Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the Botanical Gardens or take a short trip to the Mabamba Swamp to spot the rare shoebill stork—a true icon for bird lovers.

Day 2 – Source of the Nile & Journey to Sipi Falls

After breakfast, drive to Jinja, the adventure capital of Uganda, where the mighty Nile River begins its long journey north. Enjoy lunch by the riverbanks and feel the pulse of Africa’s longest river.
Continue to Sipi Falls, nestled on the slopes of Mount Elgon. Check in at your lodge, enjoy dinner with a view, and rest as the waterfalls roar in the distance.

 

Day 3 – Hiking the Sipi Falls & Coffee Experience

Start your day with an exciting hike to the three Sipi waterfalls, each offering breathtaking scenery.
For a cultural twist, visit a local coffee plantation to learn how Arabica beans are grown, roasted, and brewed—ending with a fresh cup of mountain coffee.
Optional: For the thrill-seekers, try abseiling 100 meters down the waterfall—a heart-pumping adventure you’ll never forget!
Finish your day at the sunset viewpoint, where the entire Sipi Valley glows in golden light.

Day 4 – Travel to Kidepo Valley National Park

After an early breakfast, your journey continues north through the scenic landscapes of Karamoja, stopping for lunch in Moroto.
Arrive at your lodge in Kidepo Valley National Park, Uganda’s most remote and dramatic park—often called Africa’s hidden gem. Relax and enjoy dinner under a blanket of stars.

Day 5 – Safari in Kidepo Valley

Today is all about wildlife! Set off for a morning game drive in the vast savannahs, where lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo roam freely.
In the afternoon, head out again for another evening game drive to capture the magic of the golden hour on the African plains. Return to the lodge for dinner and stories by the fire.

Day 6 – Return or Extension

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe.
Optional: Add another day to explore Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve, a lesser-known gem where you can enjoy one more game drive before heading home.

Optional it is possible to add one more day and visit Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve for another game drive or two. The Safari will then be 7 days.
